Chef Gürkan, our Head Chef, leads the kitchen with flair and precision, curating a menu that blends global favourites with bold Creole fusion. He’s supported by Hakan, who oversees our food & beverage operations and keeps the Lounge bar flowing with great service and great vibes.
Our beautifully prepared sushi—widely considered some of the best in Seychelles—is the work of Cleffrey, with expert support from Nancy. And no evening is complete without indulging in one of Nur’s exquisite desserts, crafted with care and creativity.
